Due to the personalized nature of our custom artworks, returns and cancellations are not accepted once your pet’s photo has been uploaded and our Order Confirmation Email has been sent.

✅ Before Order Confirmation:
You may cancel your order and request a full refund before submitting your pet’s photo and receiving the Order Confirmation Email.

❌ After Order Confirmation:
Once the Order Confirmation Email is issued, your custom piece enters the creative process and becomes non-refundable.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping or production issues, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or a partial refund as appropriate.

Order Process:

• After you upload your pet’s photo, we will send you an order confirmation email within 24 hours.

• Within the next 2–3 business days, you will receive the first proof image for your approval.

Approval & Revisions:

• If you select “Approve”, you will receive a confirmation email and we will proceed to create your piece.

• If you select “Edit”, we offer one free revision based on your feedback, which will be completed within 2–3 business days.

• We will continue refining your artwork until you are satisfied and approve the final version.

Production Time:

• Once approved, production takes 5–10 business days.

• Every piece is fully handcrafted and uniquely made by our artist.

Shipping:

• After production, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number.

• Orders are shipped from Ireland via An Post. Estimated delivery times:

  • Ireland: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • North America: 10–20 business days
