✅Return Request Window:

Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized products (including engraved tags and bespoke artworks)

Blind box or surprise items (due to the nature of randomized selection)

Sale items or items marked final sale

Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing issues

📦 Return Conditions:

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If items are not returned in their original state, a partial refund may be issued based on the loss in value

💬 Damaged or Defective Orders:

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Paw Paw Tree within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. A replacement or refund will be arranged as appropriate.
