Within the next 3–5 business days, you will receive the first proof image for your approval.

Approval & Revisions:

If you select “Edit”, we offer one free revision based on your feedback, which will be completed within 2–3 business days.

We will continue refining your artwork until you are satisfied and approve the final version.

Shipping:

After production, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number.

Orders are shipped from Ireland via An Post. Estimated delivery times:

Ireland: 2–4 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

Due to the personalized nature of our custom artworks, returns and cancellations are not accepted once your pet’s photo has been uploaded and our Order Confirmation Email has been sent.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping or production issues, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
