Return Request Window:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Policy:

• We offer a first-time free exchange (service free; shipping costs apply).

• Please email info@pawpawtree.club with your order number to initiate a return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Orders:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. A replacement or refund will be arranged.

Custom Products (Keep Collection - Custom Artworks)

• Once you upload your pet's photo and receive the Order Confirmation Email, your order is locked and non-refundable.

• We will send you a digital proof within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

• One round of free minor edits is included if requested. Major redesigns may incur additional charges.

• Custom items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products (including engraved tags and bespoke artworks)

• Blind box or surprise items (Spark Collection)

• Sale items or items marked "final sale"

• Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects
