• Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized products (including engraved tags and bespoke artworks)

• Blind box or surprise items (due to the nature of randomized selection)

• Sale items or items marked final sale

• Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing issues

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• If items are not returned in their original state, a partial refund may be issued based on the loss in value
